Brijesh is an expert having more than two decades of experience in indirect tax laws, specifically Goods and Services Tax (GST), service tax, VAT, excise duty, and customs duty. His extensive knowledge places him among the country’s foremost practitioners in this field.

His focus includes advising on indirect tax implications during project setup, tax litigation, regulatory compliance, and due-diligence audits. Brijesh serves a diverse clientele, both foreign and domestic, spanning sectors such as manufacturing, infrastructure, real estate, oil & natural gas, mining, hospitality, IT & ITES, FMCG, education, and travel & tourism, addressing their specific indirect tax concerns in India.

Brijesh’s contributions extend to being a Member of the Regional Advisory Committee of the Central Board of Excise & Customs and the Indirect Taxes Research group of Central India.
