Anish Malik - Associate

Anish advises clients on a wide range of employment law matters, including workforce structuring, senior management exits, downsizing, business closures, employee transfers, workplace harassment, and employee benefits.

As part of the Firm’s M&A team, Anish supports clients in managing employment law aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and business transfers, including legal due diligence, workforce transition, and post-integration advisory.

He also advises on the enforceability of non-compete and other restrictive covenants, trade union relations, and employment-related compliance. He represents clients in employment-related disputes and litigation before labour courts and tribunals.

He combines practical litigation experience with strategic advisory insight to help clients navigate complex workforce and regulatory issues.
