Radhalakshmi is an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India, with around 10 years of experience, specializing in Dispute Resolution. She represents the Government of India, Public Sector Undertakings, and companies in high stake corporate and commercial disputes before various fora, including the Supreme Court, High Courts, district courts, and tribunals across the country.

Her practice covers diverse areas, including infrastructure projects, media law, constitutional law, consumer disputes, and service law. She has worked extensively in the telecom sector, advising the Government of India on policy formulation and successfully defending the Government in its disputes with telecom industry vendors.

She’s adept at alternate dispute resolution processes, representing both Public Sector Undertakings and private multinational corporations before domestic and international arbitral tribunals (ad-hoc and institutional).

In addition to her litigation work, Radhalakshmi provides clients with guidance on complex contractual, legal, and regulatory matters, offering practical solutions to mitigate risks.
