Esther is a lawyer having about 19 years of professional experience, particularly in the areas of real estate & construction laws and holds a master’s degree in law. She has extensively worked on complex real estate transactions. Esther’s experience includes conducting of title due diligence, drafting/vetting of sale deeds, lease agreements, joint development agreements, construction contracts, powers of attorney and various other documents relating to real estate projects & handling of registration before the Sub-Registrar of Assurances. She also has wide experience in handling land acquisition & land ceiling matters and matters relating to special economic zones. She has successfully negotiated various real estate related documents on behalf of large clients. Esther is well known for her experience in handling regulatory issues relating to real estate matters and has liaised with various statutory authorities in this regard.

Esther has experience in handling litigation matters across various Courts in Tamil Nadu. She has handled matters relating to real estate disputes, RERA issues, civil disputes and cheque bounce cases. Apart from the above, Esther has been involved in drafting POSH policy and conducting training sessions on POSH related matters.
Esther is also a qualified company secretary and has been certified to become an Independent Director by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs. Esther holds a certificate to practice as Commissioner of Oaths and has also been empanelled by District Legal Services Authority, Chennai for conducting National Investigation Agency cases.
