Radhika advises and represents clients across a wide spectrum of complex Commercial, Insolvency, Civil and Arbitration matters. She regularly appears before the Delhi High Court, National Company Law Tribunal, Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), PMLA Appellate Tribunal, and various District Courts, providing hands-on litigation support and strategic guidance. With extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, and strategizing pleadings, she handles diverse matters including Writ Petitions, Arbitration-related disputes, Corporate, Commercial, and Criminal proceedings.

In addition to her litigation practice, Radhika advises clients on corporate governance, contractual obligations, and a broad range of compliance-related queries. Her work often involves assessing the need for environmental clearances and the potential legal and operational implications of non-compliance. She has also prepared detailed Legal Opinions on complex issues, such as the scope of governmental powers over foreign subsidiaries, the admissibility of arbitration agreements, document discovery in cross-border proceedings, and comprehensive risk assessments in both regulatory and criminal contexts.

She works with a focus on research, clarity, and practical solutions, and is particularly interested in Commercial, Insolvency, and Corporate matters.
